Sejasa, the No.1 household service platform in Indonesia (part of the Recommend Group), officially announced the appointment of Hendry Tjawinoto as Country Manager. In his new role, Hendry will be responsible for executing strategy and ensuring performance across all departments. Such as operations, marketing, products, and others.
With his previous experience as Sejasa’s Head of Marketing and Head of Growth and Special Projects, Hendry successfully developed a strategy to significantly grow the number of users and develop features that can increase the number of transactions of Sejasa users.
Hendry had been with Sejasa for more than 4 years. With this experience, he believes that close collaboration between marketing, strategy, product, and operations is a key to success in developing a service marketplace.
In taking on the responsibility of this new position, Hendry will focus on ensuring the growth of users and service provider partners strategically into Tier 2 cities in Indonesia. Another important thing is to collaborate with Sejasa’s strategic partners and service professionals in serving and providing more value for Sejasa users.
He will be working closely with co-founder Anthony Eka Wijaya to drive Sejasa’s growth.
“Hendry joined Sejasa in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Analyst. Since then, he has been increasing his level of skills and leadership as well, to become Head of Marketing. In 2021, he was entrusted with the position of Head of Growth where he further strengthened his skills in analytics and execution. His skills and leadership were evident from the start, so those around him would follow suit,” said Anthony Eka Wijaya.
