Yoga aligns the mind, body, and spirit connection like no other exercise modality producing the best outcome for sustained weight loss. We use a form of yoga called “power yoga”. Power yoga is a more intensive yoga that increases the heart rate to maximize weight loss. Our yoga program accommodates all fitness levels and physical conditions. Our yoga is safe and without judgment. Our instructors will work with you to develop your yoga workouts at a pace that is healthy, safe and as effective as possible. It will design a personalized diet plan that fits your specific needs Behavior modification Our behavior modification experts will meet with you to review and resolve underlying issues that may preclude you from obtaining or sustaining weight loss. Our behavior modification experts will help you identify these issues freeing you to make powerful life change. Ganesha Yoga Weight Loss Program is a 7 weeks program. Participants meet one or twice a week for 90 minutes.
