The details of the services provided by PT. IDN and the terms and condition of our engagement are outlined and written below: I. DESIGN PHASE 1. Compile and Analyze the resource data The 1st phase will be compiling all any necessary data this may include also a short interview with the owner 2. Preliminary Design A preliminary design will be presented in 3d drawing to a selected room or area 3. Design Process All design process will go through an approval and will be signed both parties. Annual meetings will be held accordingly, revisions are necessary. Any major changes will be limited up to 3 times revisions, the change of concept or themes are mostly implied in as major changes that would affect the timeline of the design phase. Should be needed more then the second party will be charged IDR 50.000,********pages of detail drawings and IDR 100.000;********view of 3d drawings that shall be produced 4. Detail Drawings The design will be implemented in detail drawing’s which includes also the six plan layouts, a hardcopy document shall be given at the final phase 5. Bill of Quantity A comprehensive and detail estimation for the whole project before enter the construction phase 6. Hand Over The design phase has been finalized and accomplished II. SERVICES 1. Free consultation in terms of any related things in design, such as color schemes, materials, design accessory, loose furniture’s or décor elements etc 2. 3d drawing 3. Detail drawings: - Furniture plan - Joinery /partition plan - Electrical plan - Wall and floor finish plan - Ceiling plan - Detail furniture drawings 4. BQ, in terms of budgeting
