Yenny Christine is an experienced and certified yoga teacher with 12 years of practice and 9 years of teaching. She likes all kinds of asanas but her favorites are back bends. She teaches and practices vinyasa yoga which burns so many calories. She has been invited to teach workshops in Indonesia as well as abroad and has performed in some yoga events.
In this workshop, she will teach vinyasa yoga which will really burn fat and tone our body. She will also give tips on how to keep our body healthy and slim.
