Pranayama<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pranayama adalah jenis latihan yoga yang berkaitan dengan fungsi pernafasan. Kata &#8220;prana&#8221; memiliki arti nafas dan &#8220;ayama&#8221; memiliki arti pengaturan. Jadi, apabila digabungkan pranayama adalah pengaturan nafas. Bernafas merupakan kebutuhan yang penting bagi tubuh. Forward Bend<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gerakan <em>forward bend<\/em> merupakan gerakan berdiri dengan melebarkan kaki sejajar dengan pinggul.
