Bergabung bersama Sejasa pada Agustus 2021, Pak Kamal yang sebelumnya juga bekerja di bidang cleaning memperlihatkan kinerja yang sangat baik. Dengan ketulusan hati dan komunikasi dengan customer yang baik, Pak Kamal menjadi salah satu mitra Sejasa yang disenangi pelanggan layanan cleaning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sehari-harinya, Pak Kamal mengambil pekerjaan di Sejasa untuk area Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Barat, dan Jakarta Timur. Ia mempersiapkan segala peralatan dan pembersih yang digunakan untuk bekerja pada malam harinya, agar jika sewaktu-waktu ada pelanggan yang meminta datang lebih awal, beliau lebih siap.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istri Juga Bekerja Sebagai Mitra Sejasa<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Untuk menghidupi keluarganya, Pak Kamal dibantu oleh sang istri yang merupakan mitra cleaning Sejasa juga. Setiap pagi, ia dan istri akan membereskan urusan rumah dahulu dan anak-anak. Kemudian, setelah semuanya beres Pak Kamal akan berangkat bekerja pukul 10 pagi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dengan sama-sama bekerja, maka Pak Kamal dan istri saling berkoordinasi agar urusan rumah dan anak-anak tetap bisa dikontrol dengan baik. Meskipun sama-sama mengambil pekerjaan di Sejasa, Pak Kamal dan istri berjalan masing-masing saat bekerja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komunikasi Dengan Customer Asing<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dengan pengalamannya, Pak Kamal telah melayani berbagai customer. Baik itu customer yang merupakan orang asli Indonesia, maupun customer asing seperti China. Pak Kamal menceritakan bahwa ada perbedaan yang jelas antara kedua customer tersebut. Menurutnya,\u00a0 customer asing yang seringkali ia layani lebih detail terhedap pembersihan. Setiap area yang telah dibersihkan akan dicek kembali dengan tisu. Apabila dirasa masih kotor, akan diminta bersihkan lagi. Dari segi waktu pengerjaanpun, customer asing cenderung memilih durasi waktu yang lebih lama.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Meskipun begitu, bagi Pak Kamal perbedaan itu bukanlah masalah besar. Hal terpenting adalah bagaimana mengkomunikasikan kebutuhan dengan baik. Pak Kamal tidak begitu pandai berbahasa asing, namun dengan inisiatif yang tinggi ia berusaha menerjemahkan setiap perkataan customer asing agar bisa lancar saat memberikan layanan cleaning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perubahan Setelah Bergabung Dengan Sejasa<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Setelah bergabung dengan Sejasa di tahun 2021, Pak Kamal merasa sangat terbantu dalam mencari nafkah sehari-harinya. Pemasukan jadi bertambah dan bisa menghidupi istri dan dua orang anaknya.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Iapun merasa sistem Sejasa memudahkan dalam pengambilan pekerjaan, sehingga jarang menemui kendala yang berarti. Adanya fitur terbaru di Sejasa juga sangat membantu bagi mitra seperti Pak Kamal agar bisa mendapatkan pelanggan customer.
