Agar selama puasa Ramadan kondisi tubuh selalu sehat dan bugar, serta ibadah tetap berjalan lancar, berikut beberapa tips yang bisa diterapkan apalagi saat pandemi ini.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutrisi dan Cairan yang Cukup Saat Sahur dan Berbuka<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sahur dan berbuka puasa adalah kesempatan bagi tubuh untuk pulih dari kekurangan nutrisi setelah berpuasa kurang lebih 12 jam. Prinsip isi piring adalah membagi piring menjadi beberapa bagian. 1\/3 isinya diisi makanan pokok, 1\/3 berisi sayur-sayuran, dan sisanya diisi oleh lauk pauk hewani dan nabati, serta buah-buahan. Pastikan pula untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan dengan 2 gelas air putih saat berbuka puasa, 4 gelas saat malam hari, dan 2 gelas saat sahur. Hal terpenting, berhentilah makan sebelum Anda merasa kenyang.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lakukan Aktivitas Fisik Ringan<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Meskipun tubuh cenderung merasa lemas selama berpuasa, ini bukan alasan untuk tidak bergerak. Anda perlu melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan sekitar 3 hingga 5 kali seminggu, dengan frekuensi 15-30 menit dalam sehari.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Anda dapat memilih jenis olahraga apa yang rasanya sanggup untuk dilakukan, baik itu di rumah ataupun di luar rumah.
