Meskipun demikian, hal ini bukan sebuah halangan untuk tetap berpuasa, ibadah, dan melakukan hal-hal baik lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, Anda perlu strategi agar kebutuhan terpenuhi dan mengutamakan keselamatan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buat daftar menu sahur dan berbuka untuk beberapa hari kedepan. Tetapkan menu dan daftar belanja untuk 5-7 hari kedepan atau lebih. Anda pun tidak perlu bingung dalam memilih menu masakan karena semua telah terjadwal. Selama waktu berbuka hingga sahur, pastikan tubuh terhidrasi dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga baik dilakukan saat puasa. Asal dilakukan dengan ringan dan secukupnya. Apabila Anda melakukannya terlalu berlebihan, dikhawatirkan tubuh akan lebih cepat lelah dan lemas sehingga dapat mengganggu kegiatan ibadah.<\/p>\n<p>Pola tidur juga menjadi hal yang penting diperhatikan. Karena adanya perubahan jadwal tidur karena harus bangun saat sahur, maka jam tidur perlu diatur agar Anda tetap beristirahat dengan cukup. Tidur lebih awal misalnya sebelum jam 10 malam agar Anda dapat bangun tepat waktu untuk menyiapkan sahur. Dengan rutin mencuci tangan, Anda meningkatkan kualitas hidup dalam hal kebersihan dan kesehatan.
